There is no real organization system to their orders, so you have the people taking orders from customers shouting drinks to the barista. During the busy times, this allows orders to simply be forgotten. I stood with a handful of people wondering what was taking so long when drinks that were ordered after mine (made with espresso, mind you) were being served.May 16, 2017

It does have a smaller menu but I think the coffee tastes better. I personally love the chai latte here. Over ice it tastes much more creamier and still has an excellent chai flavor.April 01, 2017
